| Ingredients: Onion flakes, granulated garlic, mustard, blk pepper, celery seed. | |

Recipe: 1/2 Lbs. Fresh Sliced Mushrooms ** 1 Lb. Beef Strips, Ground Beef or Chicken Strips ** 2 Tbls. Olive Oil 1 Pkg. Stroganoff Seasoning 3/4 Cup Dry Sherry 3/4 Cup Milk (regular or skim) 2 Tbls. Butter or Margarine (regular or reduced calorie) 12 oz. Wide Noodles 16 oz. Sour Cream (regular, light or Fat-Free) ** Vegetarian Style: Use 1 1/2 lbs. Mushrooms and delete the Beef. While noodles are cooking; Saute mushrooms in Olive Oil. Add meat, Stroganoff Seasoning, Sherry and milk. Cover & Simmer 15-20 minutes (alcohol will evaporate) Add sour cream & butter (or margarine) and blend well. Stir in the cooked noodles. Salt to taste if desired. | |
