Meat Rubs

Best Little Meat Rub Ever: GREAT ALL PURPOSE RUB.
Rub on 4-6 lbs. meat.  Great on hamburgers!
Ingredients: Ground mustard, onion flakes, paprika, gran. garlic, coriander (cilantro), cumin, salt, black pepper
This rub is good on just about everything! 
Just rub it into whatever needs a quick pick-me-up before it hits the grill!  1 tbsp. per 1-2 lbs.
Press the rub into all sides of the fish or meat.  Best if refrigerated 1 hr. prior to grilling.
Use entire pkg. for 4 - 5 lbs. meat…(not including bones)
Ex:  Entire pkg. is enough for two whole chickens
