Sixty Second Salsa/Dip

Sixty-Second Salsa/Dip
Yields approximately 1 qt. salsa/2 cups dip when prepared as per our recipe
Ingredients: Onion flakes, cilantro, salt, dill weed, cayenne pepper
Recipe:
FOR NACHO-CHEESE DIP:
1 lb. Cheese (Imitation Cheese Spread works great)
1 can (15 oz) Diced Tomatoes (do not drain)
1 Pkg. Phil's AMAZING Salsa Mix
Cut cheese into 2" chunks and heat in microwave on medium heat for about 3 minutes. Add pkg. of Salsa-Mix and stir until smooth. Add the can of diced tomatoes & stir well. Serve hot or cold with chips or top a baked potato or your favorite veggie's.......be creative!

FOR SALSA:
2 cans (15 oz. ea.) Diced or Stewed Tomatoes
1 Pkg. Phil's AMAZING Salsa Mix
2 - 4 Tbsp. lime juice
1 medium jalapeno pepper (finely chopped) **OPTIONAL**
1 small onion (finely chopped) **OPTIONAL**
Using a wire-whisk or blender on pulse-speed, combine Salsa Mix, lime juice & both cans of tomatoes (undrained) and optional items if desired. Blend just enough to mix the Salsa completely, but keep it chunky. Mixture will thicken after about an hour in the refrigerator.

FOR CREAM-CHEESE DIP:
1-2 lbs. Cream Cheese (or half sour cream & half cream cheese)
1 Pkg. Phil's AMAZING Salsa Mix
