Recipe: 1 Pkg. Phil's AMAZING VEGI-CHILI Mix 2 Cans Chili Beans (16 oz. each) 1 Can Garbanzo Beans (16 oz.) Drained 1 Can Hominy (15.5 oz.) Drained 1 Can Stewed Tomatoes (14.5 1 Large Onion, chopped (Approx. 1/2 lb.) 1 Large Green Pepper, chopped 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil Opt. Garnish Cheddar cheese and/or Sour Cream (opt) Saute' onion and green pepper in Olive oil. Add one package of Vegi-Chili Mix. Add all remaining ingredients and stir well. Cover and simmer for 30-45 minutes. NOTE: After completing first three steps, you may put all ingredients in a slow-cooker on low heat for several hours. Salt to taste. Top individual servings with Shredded Cheddar Cheese and/or Sour Cream if desired. Try served over rice! SERVING SUGGESTION: Serve over rice or noodles! | |
