| Yields approximately enough to season 1 - 3 Lbs cooked pasta when prepared as per our recipe | |
| Ingredients: Sweet leaf basil, minced garlic, parsley, black pepper | |

Recipe: PASTA SALAD: (Serve Hot or Chilled) Drain cooked Pasta. Add 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil for each 2 cups cooked Pasta. Toss lightly to coat completely. Suggested use: 1 Tbsp. Pesto Blend per 2 cups cooked Pasta. Salt to taste if desired. Toss in grated Parmesan cheese (1 Tbsp. per 2 cups). PESTO SHRIMP (or any Seafood): For each pound of Shrimp: Mix 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil with 2 Tbsp. Pesto Blend to form a paste. Brush on Shrimp and grill. (You may substitute your favorite Seafood for the Shrimp if desired). Brush lightly with lemon juice just before serving & salt to taste. PESTO BREAD: Breadmaker Directions: Follow directions for Sourdough Bread. Add 1 Tbsp. Pesto Blend for a 1 pound loaf during "add-cycle". Ready-made Sourdough Bread: Cut loaf in half, lengthwise. Add 4-5 Tbsp. Olive Oil to a shallow dish or plate. Add 2 Tbsp. Pesto Blend and mix well.
